Offline-first, always
Event day doesn't pause for WiFi. Check-in and badge printing run from local cache and reconcile on reconnect — no spinner, no frozen queue.
EventAxis is the offline-first operating system for large-scale events across India and the UAE — registration, check-in, badges, WhatsApp, and analytics in one platform that doesn't go down when the venue WiFi does.
It usually goes wrong at 9am. The doors open, the queue is two hundred deep, and the venue WiFi — the one thing nobody controls — drops. With the old stack, that's a frozen check-in screen, a badge printer spinning forever, and a line of delegates you end up waving through unbadged.
We'd lived that morning too many times. Registration sat with one vendor, payments with another, badges with a third, and on event day none of them talked to each other. The numbers never reconciled, and the moment that actually mattered — getting a person through the door with a badge in their hand — was the most fragile part of the whole operation.
So we built the opposite. One platform, offline-first by design. Every kiosk holds the full attendee list locally and keeps checking people in and printing badges with no network at all. When the connection comes back, everything reconciles — zero duplicates, zero lost records. The same system runs registration, payments, communications, and reporting, so the number you see at the door is the number finance settles on.
Today EventAxis runs conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions across India and the UAE — built by a team that has stood behind the check-in desk when it counts.
Event certainty. Zero chaos.
Every attendee through the door, every badge printed, every number reconciled — whether or not the network holds.
Event day doesn't pause for WiFi. Check-in and badge printing run from local cache and reconcile on reconnect — no spinner, no frozen queue.
Registration, payments, comms, badges, and reporting under a single login. No CSV exports, no vendor stitching, no surprises on event day.
We design for the person running a 200-deep queue under pressure — not for a demo. If it doesn't hold up at peak rush, it doesn't ship.
Revenue, refunds, tax, and attendance settle automatically into one file. The number at the door is the number finance signs off on.
Sets product direction and spends event days on the floor with customers.
Leads the offline-first architecture behind kiosks, sync, and badge printing.
Runs onboarding and stands by during live events across India and the UAE.
A 30-minute demo on your event's numbers. We'll cut the WiFi live and let the kiosks keep printing.
