Why EventAxis Exists
In 2025, our founders ran 2,000-attendee conferences in Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. They used 6 different tools — one for registration, one for badges, one for WhatsApp communication, one for analytics, one for leads, and one spreadsheet to hold everything together.
On event day, the registration tool went offline. WhatsApp confirmations had wrong QR codes. Badge printing backed up to 45 seconds per person. The client stood at the entrance, watching.
EventAxis was founded on a single conviction: no Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) should ever feel that way again.
