The fine print, up front.

How is a package priced?

Per event, by the number of registered attendees. Starter is free up to 50. Standard is ₹15,900 up to 200, Growth ₹24,900 up to 500 and Professional ₹54,900 up to 2,000 ($219, $349 and $769 internationally). You pay the package once for the event; there is no monthly plan to manage.

What about events above 2,000 attendees?

Talk to our sales team. Larger events need lanes, badges and crew sized to the arrival peak, so we quote the package and the operation together on your scope.

What if registrations go past our band?

A paid package keeps registering up to twice its limit: 400 on Standard, 1,000 on Growth and 4,000 on Professional. Each attendee above the limit is billed after the event at ₹40 + GST ($0.55 internationally). To go past the limit plus 10%, your billing details, including your address, must be on file. At twice the limit, registration pauses until you upgrade, and an upgrade reopens it straight away. Starter (free) stops at 55, and going past 50 moves the event to Standard, billed after the event. A package paid for entirely with a promo code, a complimentary grant or account credit stops at its limit plus 10%. The count is every attendee ever registered for the event — cancellations don't reduce it — and we tell you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit and as you go past it. Check-in keeps running throughout. Overage is never discounted.

When do we pay for extra attendees?

After the event, we email you an invoice and a payment link. It is due in 7 days. If it is still unpaid after that, you can't buy packages, create or publish events, or open registration until it is paid. This applies to every EventAxis account with the same owner. Paying lifts it straight away. Registration that is already open, and check-in, keep running.

Do we need Platform Access?

Only if you want the portal live between events. It is included on Growth and Professional. On Starter and Standard it is ₹2,500 a year, flat, about ₹208 a month ($30 a year internationally). Without it, an account goes read-only 90 days after each event — nothing is deleted, and full data export stays free either way.

What is Assurance?

The contractual promises some organisations need, whatever their event size: an SLA with service credits, a security response pack (VAPT, SOC 2, ISO, DPA), data residency election, a named escalation contact, a show-day war-room engineer and a quarterly review. ₹1,49,000 a year ($1,990), available on any package. It is billed once a year per organisation and is never discounted.

Is Starter really free?

Yes, for events up to 50 registered attendees. You get the full loop: a registration form, email and WhatsApp confirmations with a QR pass, offline kiosk check-in, badge printing, and the organiser and attendee app. Badges and forms carry ‘Powered by EventAxis’, and support is documentation and the status page rather than a person.

Do you take a cut of our ticket sales?

No. You connect your own payment gateway — Razorpay, Cashfree, Easebuzz or Stripe — and ticket money goes straight to you. EventAxis never holds it and charges no commission on it.

What does a check-in lane include?

One price per lane per event covers the self-service kiosk, printer, stand, printer rolls, delivery, installation and collection in Indian metro cities. Book four lanes or more and a hot-spare kiosk and printer come at no charge. Lanes, desk units, badges and on-site staff are available for events in India.

Is there a setup or migration fee?

No setup fee on any package. From Growth, we migrate your data from your current platform and train your team at no extra cost. Your first badge template and WhatsApp sender setup are included on every package. If you want us to configure and run the whole event, that is the Managed event setup add-on.

Which currency are we billed in?

Indian organisers are billed in rupees, with 18% GST added. International organisers are billed in US dollars through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record; dollar prices exclude tax, and Paddle adds any local sales tax or VAT at checkout. Dollar prices are set for those markets rather than converted from the rupee list.

Can we run EventAxis outside India?

Yes. Registration, payments, WhatsApp and email, the attendee and exhibitor app, badge design and reporting work for events anywhere. On-site hardware (check-in lanes, desk units, printed badges and staff) is available for events in India. Elsewhere, your team checks attendees in from the EventAxis organiser app on its own phones and tablets, and it works offline.

Do you discount for multiple events?

Yes, with a prepaid commitment. Pay for 3, 6 or 12 event packages up front at 10%, 18% or 25% off, and Platform Access gets the same discount. Each event uses one package; the commitment is valid for 12 months from purchase and is non-refundable. Add-ons — hardware, consumables, people and messaging — and overage are priced the same at any volume.
