1. Who We Are
Tantragyan Technologies Private Limited (“EventAxis”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Unit No 103 and 105, Jai Estate, MIDC Phase 1, Opp SBI Bank, Dombivli, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra – 421202. We operate the EventAxis platform — a B2B event management software suite — accessible at eventaxis.co and related applications.
For GDPR purposes, EventAxis acts as a Data Processor in relation to attendee data collected on behalf of event organisers (who are Data Controllers). For data collected directly on our website or during account creation, EventAxis is the Data Controller.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Holders (Organisers & PCOs)
- Name, work email address, phone number
- Company name, designation, billing address
- Payment information (processed and stored by Easebuzz — we do not store card data)
- Platform usage data, login timestamps, device and browser information
2.2 Event Attendees (collected on behalf of organisers)
- Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
- Designation, company (if collected by organiser)
- Registration responses and custom form data as defined by the organiser
- QR check-in timestamp and kiosk ID
- Badge printing record
2.3 Website Visitors
- IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source
- Cookie-based analytics (see Section 8)
- Information submitted via contact forms or demo requests
We do not collect sensitive personal data. EventAxis does not collect or process data relating to race, ethnicity, religion, health, biometrics, financial account details, or political opinions unless explicitly required and consented to by the data subject for a specific event.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under applicable data protection law (including India’s DPDP Act 2023 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR):
- Consent — Where you have given clear, informed consent (e.g., WhatsApp opt-in, marketing emails)
- Contract — Processing necessary to deliver services you have subscribed to
- Legitimate Interest — Internal analytics, fraud prevention, platform security
- Legal Obligation — GST compliance, court orders, regulatory requirements
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances.
5.1 Service Providers (Sub-processors)
- Easebuzz — Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- WhatsApp Business API (Meta) — Message delivery
- DigitalOcean cloud infrastructure — Data hosting (India region)
- Analytics tools — Anonymised usage data only
5.2 Event Organisers
Attendee data is accessible to the organiser who collected it. EventAxis does not share attendee data between organisers or across events.
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or a government authority in India subject to applicable legal standards.
6. Data Retention

7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

- Withdrawal of Consent — Withdraw consent for WhatsApp communications or marketing at any time
- Complaint — File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority

8. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses the following categories of cookies:
- Essential cookies — Required for login sessions and security. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Help us understand how visitors use the site (Google Analytics, anonymised).
- Marketing cookies — Used only if you opt into marketing. Disabled by default.
You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings or our cookie banner at first visit.
9. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Primary data storage is on a DigitalOcean Bangalore server.
10. Changes to This Policy
EventAxis may update this policy with 30 days’ prior written notice to active subscribers. Changes are communicated via email and published on this page.
