Delete Your Account
You can delete your EventAxis account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion — both inside the app and if you no longer have it installed — what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
1. Delete in the app
- Open the EventAxis app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account enters a 30-day grace period and is then permanently deleted. Signing back in within those 30 days cancels the request.
2. If you’ve uninstalled the app
Email support@eventaxis.co from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal data — name, email address, and phone number
- Your event registrations and tickets
- Your role memberships
4. What we may retain
Transaction, payment, and audit records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained for the period required by applicable law, in de-identified form where possible. These records are not used to identify or contact you after your account is deleted.
5. Organisation owners
If your account owns an organisation, it cannot be deleted directly — doing so would orphan the organisation’s events, members, and payment records. Please transfer ownership to another member first, or contact support@eventaxis.co, then delete your account.
